Product Design

GKN Aerospace has an on site team of engineers to support design and build packages and engineering only packages for composite structure components and assemblies. 

The scope of services extends from initial concept design, through test and certification to manufacture and in-service support.  The team is located on site and is fully integrated with Production Engineering and Tooling to ensure the right manufacturing process for the best product. Product Life Cycle Costs are analysed from the start of the concept phase.

LBA Part 145
ISO EN9100
Airbus QSF-C Design and Manufacture Approval
MRB approvals

This team of engineers is in turn part of the larger worldwide GKN Aerospace Engineering Services organisation of over 800 Engineers worldwide.
